2. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of ordering
• We accept major credit cards and mobile payment methods through Stripe
• Orders are confirmed via SMS to the phone number provided

3. Pickup Policy

• Orders are for pickup only at our current location
• You will receive an SMS when your order is ready
• Please pick up your order within 30 minutes of the ready notification
• Orders not picked up within 1 hour may be considered abandoned
• Our location varies - check the website or your confirmation for current address

4. SMS Communications

Message frequency varies based on your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• After food preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted

• Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles various allergens including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. If you have a food allergy, please inform us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

7. Catering Inquiries

• Catering quotes are provided upon request
• Prices vary based on event size, menu selections, and location
• A deposit may be required to confirm catering orders
• Cancellation policies for catering will be provided with your quote

8. Limitation of Liability

Fire Jerk Miami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
